Customer portal information
When you sign in or register, HMM Digital verifies your mobile number using AquaSMS. Your number and verification message are sent to that SMS provider for delivery. Codes expire after five minutes and are stored as hashes. Request limits use a hash of the requesting IP address. Expired OTP records and old request-limit records are removed when new codes are requested.
Your account can store the personal details, business information, service areas, catalogue descriptions, images and videos you choose to provide. Optional setup steps can be skipped. Your profile and uploads are accessible to your account and authorised HMM Digital administrators; they are not automatically published on the website.
Connecting Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile or YouTube sends you to the provider’s official authorisation screen. After you grant access, we store the selected business account’s identifier, name, authorised scopes, connection time and encrypted access or refresh tokens. These connections do not publish content automatically. You can disconnect an account in your workspace; remove HMM Digital app access in the provider’s settings to revoke its permissions there.
A session cookie protects forms and keeps you signed in. Contact HMM Digital using the contact page to request help, correction or deletion of account information. The owner must confirm the applicable retention policy, privacy contact and provider disclosures before opening the portal to customers.
